This is 1/2lb ready-to-eat food for silkworms, not food for praying mantis. Silkworms only eat the leaves of the mulberry tree or our prepared silkworm food, which is made from mulberry leaf powder and comes to you in a paste form. Store the food in the fridge and grate it over the silkworms when it's time to feed them. They should be fed at least once a day. Instructions included.
Please note- Our extra live silkworms that we offer include enough silkworm food to last a week or so. If you will be keeping your silkworms longer than that or you want to grow them to a larger size, you'll need more silkworm food.
