Our Basic Praying Mantis Kit includes everything you will need to begin growing and raising your praying mantises. With this kit, you'll get the egg case, which will hatch many babies- usually more than a hundred, OR a pair or living juveniles. The living juveniles are normally at the L2-L4 stage. You'll also get the cube mesh enclosure and plenty of live flightless fruit flies to feed your new buddies along with a culture to propagate these flies. In addition this kit comes with a mini water mister.

Please note: Eggs may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to hatch. Therefore, since the flies will thrive and reproduce for 4-5 weeks, we cannot guarantee that you will still have flies available should the egg case take on the longer side to hatch. You may need to acquire additional food.
