SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship Mondays and Tuesdays only.

• Orders Placed Monday Ship Tuesday
• Orders Placed Tuesday before 9am (PST) Ship Tuesday
• Orders placed Tuesday after 9am through Sunday Ship Monday

If the shipping day falls on a holiday, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day.

We ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure quality - live critters cannot be delayed over the weekends. This shipping schedule makes it possible to avoid costly 1 or 2 days shipping and provides the best possible shipping costs and value for your live shipment.

Your order is shipping from San Diego, CA.

SHIPPING METHOD
We ship living items via either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. UPS and Priority Mail generally provide 2-4 day service, however neither we nor the UPS and USPS guarantees a four day delivery time, so it can occasionally take longer.

Non-living items may be shipped with living items via the above method or may be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage shipping.

If you need a 1-2 day guaranteed delivery time, please contact us. We will then give you a quote for your order and await your response.

WINTER SHIPPING
For daytime high temperatures forecast to be 40 F and under, please order a shipping warmer with your living items. You should be available when your order is delivered and be sure the package does not sit outside in the cold for any length of time. Shipping warmers can be ordered HERE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
We ship neither living nor non-living items outside the U.S.
We do not ship living items to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
We DO ship to Alaska, but due to possible delays, we do not guarantee live delivery.
